At Bright, we run internal sessions on Finance and Economics.
We are building the world’s first A.I. powered financial plan. We believe the entire team must have some understanding of the landscape of Finance and Economics, and how they influence Retail Banking.
These sessions are run by our Founder - Avi Patchava, who is a trained Economist by background. Avi holds 3 Masters’ degrees in different areas of Economics, including the Philosophy of Economics. He has also spent 6 years working in the Financial Services and Banking industries, working with 7 different banks and financial organizations as a strategy consultant.
We have structured our curriculum around 6 themes (Accounting, Valuation, Credit, Economics, Investments, and Retail Banking) which involve 15 specific sessions, each 1.5 hours long.
We run these sessions using a lot of whiteboard space. We write out all our examples and proofs, where we need to.
These sessions are open to all Team Members at Bright.
